These Rider Floorboard extensions are an easy install, extending the Floorboards outward, away from the exhaust pipes and engine. This is a much more comfortable ride. It does Not require any modification to the bike, or changes to the brake or shift levers.
Does not interfere with engine guards or lowers.
With these you can use the entire Floorboard, not just the outside half.
Keeps your boots off the exhaust and on the floorboards.
Give you room to get your legs away from the heat.
Once you ride with them, you will be surprised how cramped you feel on bikes with OEM placement of floorboards right next to the motor.

Floorboard extension 1 people found this helpfulFit and function on my 2013 Triglide is excellent. Thought perhaps they would make shifting a bit awkward but they have no affect on it.

Heat relief from hot pipes 0 people found this helpfulThese extensions move the feet just far enough away from the hot engine and exhaust to give some relief, especially when stuck in traffic on a hot day.

Floorboard Extensions 2012 Trike 1 people found this helpfulAs always, the quality of DK parts is outstanding. Fit & finish is great, instructions simple, and made a huge improvement. I can use the entire floorboard now instead of just a piece of it. The reduction of engine heat is very noticeable & appreciated too. The only thing I added was replacing the 13 year old nuts w/new grade 5s just to have all the hardware new.
